High Cotton Welcome by Dirty Annie’s

My grandmother, Annie grew up, picking cotton with her 17 brothers and sisters. The term “high cotton“ originated from the rural farming community in the Annabella area and meant that the crops were good. The term has been generalized to mean that one is doing well or is successful.
